I am told by my bank (PNC Bank N.A.) that you have been taking $19.95 dollars (nineteen dollars ninety-five cents) monthly from my checking account at PNC Bank since March 2010. This is noted as a memnbership fee. I did not authorize such a fee to be taken and have refused to allow it further. The charges on my monthly checking account have been reviewed, and were not related to any specific product or service sold by you to me. If I ordered anythng from your operation, it was paid for at the time of order, in adition to shipping, which was also paid at the time of order. No other product or service has ever been authorized by me.
You membership charges are not authorized and never were authorized. In addition, if such charges were made through solicitation in the electronic mail, there was never any notice of right to cancel such subscription. This is a violation of Pennsylvania fair trade laws and consumer protection act and is subject to penalty.
I require that you return to me the sums taken without my express authorization from my personal checking account in PNC Bank monthly from March 2010 to date. I am told by the bank that one such payment was returned after I objected. Please return the rest.
If you can supply me with a copy of the notice of right to cancel provided by you in any solicitation by electronic mail and my express response to it in or about March 2010, I would be interested to review it..
